Our Team

Andy Cummings | Owner

Andy is a licensed general contractor in the state of Minnesota and comes from a building background of more than 20 years. Andy strives to stay years ahead of the advancements in the building industry. He has built a name for himself with his work ethic, dedication to customer service, and the relationships he develops with clients. Andy is also a licensed real estate agent in Minnesota with Property Brokers of Minnesota. In his free time, Andy likes to spend time with his family, hunting, and fishing. He is a native of Stewartville and now resides outside of Mantorville with his wife and 6 daughters.

Jenni Jordan | Operations Manager/Business Development


Jenni is responsible for administrative tasks, along with accounting. She has a 4-year degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. She will ensure your hard-earned dollars are accounted for during the building process. Jenni’s interests in her free time are going to the cabin and spending time with family and friends. She is a native of Spring Valley and currently resides in Stewartville with her husband and kids.

Brent Nosbush | Job Coordinator



Brent is responsible for coordinating our new construction jobs as well as maintaining rental properties.  He has over 20 years experience in the construction industry.  His knowledge, along with his organizational skills and attention to detail ensures your home will be completed to your liking and on time.  In Brent's free time, he enjoys time at his cabin with his Wife and dogs.
