Choosing a Lot

Location: Do you want a lot near the entrance or tucked away? Lots close to the entrance will have more traffic noise, but quicker access in and out of the subdivision. A tucked-away lot offers more privacy and safety for families with small children, but the shape of these lots might not be what you want.
View: Keep lot orientation in mind and think about what kind of views you would like.
Size: What size of lot do you need and what will fit your budget?
